Not able to access APM using local admin user from Windows Surface

Hi,

Recently we have deployed APM for our virtual desktop infrastructure. We access the vdi(virtual desktop infrastructure) via Windows Surface. Problem:

We have two user accounts for Windows Surface to access the vdi via APM. 1. One user is system administrator account and have all the privileges. 2. Second user is only local admin and very less permissions.

Now, when we trying to connect to APM via system administrator account everything works flawless and we can access vdi. It asks fot cetificate vertification and procceed without any problem. However as soon as we switch to local admin user following happens 1. It prompts for the certificate verification and after click OK we got TLS1.1,TLS1.2 need to be enabled error on browser. However all TLS settings are enabled for the browser.

I am not sure which setting we are missing here. Please help and provide some information if anyone have faced such kind of issue.

  • Hi, could you try to use the Client Troubleshooting Utility for Windows (hope it works with surface) on the second user accound to see if all necessary APM components are available to this account ?
