SSH connection to BIG-IP

Hi,

 

I want to try ssh connection to BIG-IP from Authentication Gateway Server.

 

I was successful in ssh connection in root user.

 

But I was not successful in ssh connection in the guest user.

 

guest is a user that I created.

 

I edit authorized key file.It of the path is here.

 

/var/ssh/root/authorized_keys

 

/var/ssh/guest/authorized_keys

    Have you added Terminal Access to the Guest user ? as per https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/products/big-ip_ltm/manuals/product/tmos_management_guide_10_1/tmos_users.html1030187

    Have you added Terminal Access to the Guest user ? as per https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/products/big-ip_ltm/manuals/product/tmos_management_guide_10_1/tmos_users.html1030187

      Thank you for the reply.

       

      I have added Terminal Access to the Guest user.

       

      Without going through the authentication GW,

       

      we have confirmed that if you have a direct connection that can be logged.
