iRule and Source IP Stickiness

I am into a scenario where I wanted Source IP Stickiness to override iRule. Is this possible?

I wanted to filter out a spam hit, where the attacker directly hits some of my intermediary http hits directly. I would like to divert those traffic to different servers and keep all genuine users/their hits to primary servers.

Also is it possible to query the existence of an IP in the Source IP Stickiness in an iRule?
