error importing ucs "read only file system"

Hey all, I have created a ticket with support and am not getting a response in a timely manor, so I'm going to throw this out for you all. I think it's user error, but I don't know for sure.

 

I'm trying to migrate from this 3600 device(11.5.3 HF2) to VCMP (11.6.1 HF1). Because I cannot upgrade the hardware, I have to use a VE as a jump point. I am importing the .ucs into the VE as 11.5.3 HF2. Then upgrading the VE to 11.6.1 HF1. Then exporting the .ucs to import into my VCMP guest.

 

When I try to import into my VE I get the following error: (I am trying to import ucs with no-license no-platform-check and reset-trust)

 

"cp: cannot create regular file `/config/monitors/builtins/builtins': Read-only file system Fatal: executing: cp -frp /var/tmp/.install_ucs/config/monitors/builtins /config/monitors/builtins Operation aborted."

 

I've run this same process on 4 other devices with no problem. The 3600 is ltm / gtm.

 

I need to have this completed by Wed, 11/9, so any help would sure be appreciated.
