How to validate TCP optimization on F5?

Question

I have configured the TCP client and server side profiles. Now I want to verify/validate that TCP optimization in working or not. How can I show this is the behavior of traffic before TCP optimization or after TCP OPT. How to gauge goodput of the traffic?
