ASM attack signature update error

Question

Service contract cannot be verified (NO response from License server). Please re-license your installation of Big-IP manually.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
The device is already relicensed and no change from network or firewall side ?&nbsp;
Did anyone face this issue earlier?&nbsp;

Dear AbdulRahman,&nbsp;
Do you have internet Access to the F5 device as it seems that the device is trying to connect to License server via internet to check the service contract before getting an ASM Update signature file.&nbsp;
