HA failure

Hello team

we are hitting the follow error on V11.5.1 HF6, during this time all the vips went down. Can someone give me some hint,

    slot1/Device-1 err tmm[12868]: 01340002:3: HA Connection with peer 192.168.10.20:1029 for traffic-group /Common/traffic-group-1 lost.
slot1/Device-1 notice tmm[12868]: 01340001:5: HA Connection with peer 192.168.10.20:1029 for traffic-group /Common/traffic-group-1 established.
slot1/Device-1 err tmm[12868]: 01340002:3: HA Connection with peer 192.168.10.20:1029 for traffic-group /Common/traffic-group-1 lost.
slot1/Device-1 err tmm[12868]: 01340002:3: HA Connection with peer 192.168.10.20:1029 for traffic-group /Common/traffic-group-1 lost.
slot1/Device-1 notice tmm[12868]: 01340001:5: HA Connection with peer 192.168.10.20:1029 for traffic-group /Common/traffic-group-1 established.

  • It is better you open a case with F5 support, provide qkviews and full logs. It can be many things, from TMM very busy and you dont have management in the network failover configuration, or TMM coring, network failure, etc... It will not be easy to troubleshoot via devcentral.

     

  • try logon the both load balancer and ping both HA interfaces, if you HA link is via network, not HA cable, then you should have network issue. otherwise replace the HA cable

      These are viprion devices we have only network HA and iam able to ping . it was working fine last two year and it crashed now

       

  • Is there any reason for VIPs going down. Are interfaces flapping or went down. Monitor failed.
