SIP monitor custom FROM header

In current SIP monitor, it send OPTION packet with 

sip:anonymous@bhah...bha..
can i change it to use meaningful like 
sip:f5@mycompanydomain.com
?


U 10.5.16.62:50410 -> 10.5.16.21:5060

From: sip:anonymous@f5-1-mgmt.foo.com;tag=11eef73f.

In SIP advance config there is an option called SIP header: but no idea how to use and what to put there tried some option but didn't help.

    Hi Satish,
    I am not sure how to change the user part of From header but the domain part is nothing but 
    the hostname of F5. Change the hostname of F5 the same will get reflected in domain part of From 
    header in SIP OPTIONS.
