SSL remote access solution on APM

Hello All, I have a question, we are migrating our existing SSL vpn user authenticated by Active directory to citri platform , in today's scenario, all remote user have direct access to the application/servers. with future it will be via citrix. APM validates the SSL VPN user Via AD and pass the connection to the server today. Now with citrix, How traffic is going to be landing on citrix server? do citrix team need to create URL for each partner and provide to us so that we can map it to network access profile so when a user passes authentication, he/she is directed to the citrix link mentioned in the portal access? please help me with this?
