Mash, attack signature updating is a global function. All new and updated signatures will be reflected in all security policies in which the sets to which they belong are configured.
Is there any reason why you think you have to do this for each policy?

Hi Kash,
As Nathan told , Signature update is a Global Function. Is your signature set is in staging currently ? Are you trying to do enforce each signature manually ?

Thanks Nag.After Updating the signatures. All Active policy change to edited mode. Then we need to apply policy one by one.

Hi Kash,
I'm not sure whether we can do this via tmsn. But it's possible through Icontrol REST.

Kash, check the button next to "auto apply new signatures configuration after update" and you won't need to apply every policy.
