Are there any tools to generate 'As Built' Documentation for the F5s?

Hi,

We need to create 'as built' documents for each of the F5s. We need to record the current state and then again post upgrade and again in the near future with a number of alterations that will be carried out post upgrade.

Is there a tool or tools that I can use to assist with generating the 'as built' documentation? Thank you
