Are you running v12 or above? If yes, here is the reason you are getting this in log messages:

Anyway, that does not explain the error, so you need to take a tcpdump. The tcpdump will tell you what virtual server is generating the error, and also what is the traffic flowing.

Which health monitor are you running? I see that it goes down, and I'm not certain that it is the forward of traffic that actually fails. You could always try to change it to tcp_half_open (temporarily) to see if this removes the error messages and if the application works as intended afterwards.

hi heinrichm, Health monitor i use as below to monitor pool with port 6030.
Could you share the configuration of the monitor? If it is just trying to complete the TCP handshake you'll probably have to go with Leonardo's answer.
