F5 Local authintication

Dears, I published one application, and it is working fine, users whom access to this application divided into two groups : user in active directory & dealers (Non active directory).

as per my little experience in F5 I can configure local authentication for AD users through access profile.

I need your support in how to add some authentication for non AD users locally in F5 to add more security from external access to my backend application.
