Delegate Main Domain to GTM

I have with GTM with our own DNS servers that run the main domain i.e. abc.com. Specific subdomains are delegated to the GTM's such as sub1.abc.com. This works great.

 

However now we want to put the main site on the GTM's, abc.com , i have created a CNAME for to be redirected to our GTM and this is working fine, however when im trying to redirect abc.com its not working as this is not possible by the DNS server.

 

Is there any workaround for redirecting the domain.com to the GTM.

    If your abc.com is a TLD, then you need to ask your domain registrar to point that domain to your name server IP - Your GTM lister addresses. (If it's an internal DNS then you can do this yourself) You will also need to configure a SoA record in ZoneRunner for the domain
