CirrusMost of our users do not have local admin rights to their desktops which prevents them from installing the portal helper application. Is there a way to pre-install the helper application on these desktops? I am running on 13.1.0.5. Thanks!

You can download the APM Edge client components directly from the box and then distribute via your normal software distribution method.
