How additional URL Link Info comes automatically when a website is tried to open

this is a silly query first of all :-)

I have a webserver which is configured at F5.

When I hit only the name of the website ( ) After the name of the website I see following path( /en/home/default.aspx ) gets added to the website .

My question is , is there any configuration needed to be done to have that additional path to show ?
