ECC is usually relating to memory test if I am not mistaken. Do not try and workaround a failed EUD (But you can try to completely power off the device; Wait some time (coffee) and power it back on to re-try the test).
If after trying my above suggestion (in brackets), you still get the EUD error. Call F5 support, and get them to verify this is not a false positive (they will probably check to see if your EUD version is up to date and there are no internal issues/bugs reporting false positives for the platform). I advise you to say when you open the case, the exact steps that you took, otherwise they may ask..
You do not want to run any system with bad memory. It will probably be okay for some time and then fail when you least want it to. Not only that, but memory issues can potentially cause all kinds of unpredictable behavior on a production unit.
