IF i USE ether Channel IN ASA 2 ports as a single ether channel, how to connect the two ports into
BIGIP1 and BIGIP2
?
since i need to connect two ether-channels, totally four physical ports from ASA to BIP IP HA.
CirrocumulusDo you mean link aggregation? If so then create a trunk on the f5 and add the interfaces to this trunk. You can also set the LACP settings here too.

you mean, create a vlan in bigip1 and assign two ports? can you brief me little more?
this bigip's in DMZ of Cisco firewalls? active stand by mode of Cisco ASA! as well BIGIP in hA mode
CirrocumulusCreate your trunk first ie a trunk with 2 bigip interfaces in the Trunks part of the GUI. Then create a vlan and assign it to the trunk. You can then create a self IP on this vlan.
