BIGIQ only shows one licensed host at a time

We have a problem with BIGIQ (version 5.2). On the GUI (and also with the API) BIGIQ shows only one licensed (type unmanaged) host at a time. If I assign a license key to an F5 BIGIP VE host then all the others are disappear in the GUI under licenses. I also tried to retrieve the license list through API (with curl) but the issue is the same. The F5 VE hosts are still remain licensed and activated but BIGIQ not able to get the license information, only the latest licensed host is visible on the GUI and all the others are change back to the default (available to reassign to another hosts, even if they are already assigned to an existing one).
