Unknown SSL Error

Hi All,

I have GTM (Wide IP) and 2 members(not VIPs)under it. The WIP has an ECV monitor that monitors the member servers..

Unfortunately the monitor is marking the member servers down there by the website is inaccessible by the URL.

But we use the IP of the member server we are able to reach the website..

The CURL shows the following error

root@lusswdc-abc-9500 curl -k -v https://10.10.10.5/

  • About to connect() to 10.10.10.5 port 443

  • Trying 10.10.10.5... * connected

  • Connected to 10.10.10.5 (10.10.10.5) port 443

  • error setting certificate verify locations, continuing anyway:

  • CAfile: /usr/local/share/curl/curl-ca-bundle.crt

CApath: none

  • Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to 10.10.10.5:443

  • Closing connection 0

curl: (35) Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to 10.10.10.5:443

It was really weird... how to trace the error. Please help

Does TCPDUMP or SSLDUMP helps ?

If yes, could you please give the command on how to run tcpdump or ssldump
