First, you'll need to gather some info...
- What OS is the client running (Win/Mac/Linux)?
- What version of software is the F5 running?
- When was the last time the client device successfully connected? Were there any F5 or client config changes since that time? Is it just that client, or are more people having that issue?
Run an APM Access Report, see how far the client got into the login process - did they get to the point where an IP was assigned? For more in-depth info, retrieve a VPN log file from the client, either (depending on the client OS) via the F5WinInfo utility, or you can try looking here for one of the log files:
In Win10: C:\Users\<userID>\AppData\Local\Temp\logterminal.txt
In Mac OS: ~/Library/Logs/F5Networks/
Ubuntu: ~/.F5Networks
