BigIQ service catalog error

I am trying to deploy an application from a template. The template contains an imported vserver and pool. When I fill out the boxes in Create Application and click Create I receive this error:

 

Worker failed validation with status 500: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Referenced item /Common/domain is on the wrong device

    Looks like there is a dependant object that is associated with the imported config in the service catalog that may not be present on the target F5, possibly related to route domains, are you using RDs?
