Webportal access (LTM-APM) using ADFS Authentication

Hello !

we are testing a webportal access and we are authenticating client using Active directory .This works fine.

We would like to replace the AD with ADFS for authentication .

Also would like to implement Azure multifactor authentication .

Could not find any proper documentation to do this.

It would be great if one of you can help me

Thanks,

Nikhil

  • Hi,

There is a ADFS Deployment Guide. Did you take a look at that one?

    http://www.f5.com/pdf/deployment-guides/microsoft-adfs-dg.pdf

There is a DevCentral article about Azure MFA.

    https://devcentral.f5.com/s/articles/heres-how-i-did-it-integrating-azure-mfa-with-the-big-ip-19634

    Hopes this helps.

    Regards,

    Martijn.

Thanks. But none of this docs says how to configure the APM policy to integrate an ADFS Proxy(Which is f5 itself) to access a Webserver after the authentication using ADFS Can you please help me. What I want is When I access Webserver which is behind F5 ,it should redirect me to login page which is supposed to be the adfs proxy or ADFS login page and after successful login,I should get the website.
