apm and mobileiron intergration per-app-vpn

I am trying to setup a per-app-vpn with mobileiron . i followed these instructions https://devcentral.f5.com/articles/integrating-apm-with-mobileiron-mdm-ndash-part-1comment9583

 

i am using newer iapp as it runs through the apm policy and irule i am getting a return value of 3 ( when pulling details pull_details_1_act_irule_event_1_ag', return value 3). i need a return value of 0 to be compliant has anyone seen anything like this

 

also the edge client on the mobile device is giving authentication failure and will not connect. but when i look at the apm logs i can see that it authenticated successfully on the domain. don't know why i am getting the authentication error on the device. i am not sure if the client is misconfigured

    It will choose a random IP address in the 192.168/16 range, but it won’t assign anything that it finds to be in use or visible on the network on any VLAN. In addition, it will remove this Virtual Server from all VLANs by default so that it cannot be used outside of the BIG-IP itself – this is okay because we’re only using it to handle self-initiated sideband connections OUTBOUND, so we don’t really want it to accept any inbound connections. The free version is available on AppEven store (https://appeven.net/). If you’re uncomfortable letting the iApp pick an address, that’s no problem – just select “No” and configure your own.
