"/config/.config.backup" Permission denied error in Configuration Utility

Hi,

 

One of our customers is getting the following error in the Configuration Utility (Web UI) when creating items.

 

Can't create tmsh temp directory "/config/.config.backup" Permission denied

 

It looks like something random because creating a node is working fine. But creating a client SSL profile is showing this error. Although the error is shown, the item is created correctly.

 

Customer is using remote authentication so the following article applies:

But this is about TMSH and iControl. Not about the Configuration Utility. And customer is on version 12.1.3.4 and this should be fixed in 12.1.2.

 

I adviced the customer to use the local admin account for now so we are sure all is saved correctly.

 

Anyone else has seen this error in the Configuration Utility?
