Hi,
Are the network interfaces mapped correctly on VMware?
Far as I know, the interface order on VMware is the order to interfaces eth0, eth1, ethN in BIG-IP.
Looks like the first bridged interface (eth0 MGMT) should be the second one on VMware (External), as I realize on your topology.
Regards.

cjunior is correct. You may want to make the eth0 part of the testing network instead of bridging to your PC's net. All vmnet's are mapped to the 3 interfaces that are enabled by default. I wrote this a while back and it still works with my current BIG-IP v15 on Fusion 11. https://devcentral.f5.com/s/articles/f5-developer-edition-installing-big-ip-on-vmware-fusion-8
Alternatively you can check out Jason's custom vmware networking config guide which does still apply to current versions: https://devcentral.f5.com/s/articles/vmware-fusion-custom-networking-for-big-ip-ve-lab
