SSL Intermediate Chain Certificate Installation

Version BIG-IP 11.1.0 Build 2027.0 Hotfix HF2

 

I am unable to upload intermediate certificate through GUI (SSL Certificate List) option, I get the following error

 

An error has occurred while trying to process your request.

 

Can someone tell me how should I rectify it? I am trying to import Verisign Intermediate Certificate from here https://knowledge.verisign.com/supp...;id=AR1735

    hi everyone, sorry to bother you again. I got it resolved by contacting Symantec. They provided me an alternate link to download the intermediate certificates and it worked :)
