Sync Options Dropped From Web UI

It appears that somewhere in the 13.x series that the sync options (Device Management -> Overview) for pushing configs (full sync / with or without overwrite / etc) were removed from the web UI when the devices are in sync. However, multiple knowledge base articles reference forcing a full syncing (via the web UI) as a workaround for issues, and this is a common recommendation from F5 Support as well.

 

What was the reasoning behind removing this functionality from the web UI when it is such a common troubleshooting step?

 

I'm aware that this functionality can be completed via the CLI - that's not the point. The web UI is convenient and also helps to "dummy-proof" operations just like this.
