I don't think WAF is necessary. According to our article you should be able to do it with just ASM.

I followed this tutorial but the problem that asm policy does not send the files to the antivirus icap Trend Micro.
CirrostratusI think you should review that doc again and look at the sys variables changes required for trend micro and if that's ok then run a tcpdump.
