CirrusIs there a way to import/move SSL certiicates from backend servers and use them as clientssl profiles or do you have to start all over and create a new CSR from the desired LTM for each VIP > have it digitally signed by a trusted CA, and import the new cert?

NoctilucentYou can import them. Navigate to Local Traffic -> SSL Certificate List, and click Import, then select your file. You can import separate certificate/key files, or a PKCS12.
NimbostratusYes as cory here wrote - if it is MS IIS you can export it from the certificate utility MMC - remember to export the private keys and full chain as a pfx file (or at least this worked for us) Import it and assign it to a SSL Client profile - and you are done
