Are there any simple instructions how to make a Local Policy after conversion from 11.3 to 11.5.2?

I am preparing to upgrade from 11.3.1 to 11.5.2 hf1 and so far I've had to delete the httpclass out of every one of my VIPS to get the upgrade to work (more than 60 of them)

When I look for instructions to convert an http class to a Local policy I find Vague answers instead of clear concise directions.

so if I have to replace an HTTP class that enables ASM and the host list is a simple pattern string of (regex)*mywebsite.com

how do I make a local policy that equals that simple regex? there are multiple parts to this now, can someone please explain?
