windows machines are not able to logged in

I have updated my application back end pool members to upgrade the version, after up gradation windows machines are not able to use the application. in all machines like MAC, linux machines are able to access the application.

  • Though I doubt I'll have the answer, some more detail regarding the issue may help others answer your question.

     

    1. What's the application? Is it deployed using Access Policy Manager (APM)?
    2. What are the front-end and back-end ports? Are there multiple pools (different backend ports) in use for it?
    3. Are there any iRules in place? If so, what for?
    4. Did you upgrade the F5? If so, from which version to which version? If not, can you provide more info regarding the nature of the upgrade?
