iRule to certain url

Hi, i am not really that familiar with iRules, so please help me. So this is my setup:

VIP: 1.1.1.1:443

Pool: 2.2.2.2:2001

1. How can we set an irule that if the user access https://1.1.1.1/Administration/services/ it will redirect it to the pool http://2.2.2.2:2001/Administration/services/ ?
2. If number 1 is possible, how can we hide the real ip of the pool? i mean the user must not see it's 2.2.2.2, it should be still 1.1.1.1 ?
