LYNC-2013---Intermittent Issue while sharing power point presentation using WAC external.

We are using LTM-5000(runnign on 11.4.1 HF3) in cluster to deploy LYNC-2013. one issue which we are facing is while sharing power point presentation with the clients who are still on LYNC-2010 server. the behavior is intermittent. some times slides are visible but without content, some time error occurred with service unavailable. some times working fine. But when we are sharing presentations with the users who are on LYNC-2013 server only everything works fine.

 

We are using latest version of I-Apps 1. For front end/Edge/Reverse Proxy: - f5.microsoft_lync_server_2010_2013.v1.2.1 2. For WAC external and WAC internal: - f5.microsoft_office_web_apps_2013.v0.1.0

 

We are not sure about the issue whether it's on F5/server/network side. Any suggestions!!!

    Hi Ganesh, IIRC Office Web Apps only works with Lync 2013 server. If you share presentations between users who are both on Lync 2010 servers, does it also work?
