System Times of Devices Do Not Match

I have two BIG-IP devices running 13.1.1 and noticed today in the UI that the times do not match. My passive/standby box is 6 seconds ahead. Looking at the configuration they are both using the same NTP server and all devices are in sync.

What would be causing this and how might I resolve it?

    4. Optional: If the NTP daemon requires a restart, type the following command: restart /sys service ntpd

    5. To exit tmsh, type the following command: quit

Verifying the communication between the BIG-IP system and the NTP peer server
