clone traffic pool members

Hello, we are currently trying to balance the traffic towards 3 syslog servers, but they don't really want balancing, they actually want the traffic to be replicated in the 3 servers, so it would not be a connection for each node if not the same connection must be cloned towards the 3 servers, how can I do this?
