BIG-IP Edge client disconnects after authentication and Finalizing then disconnected again

My BIG-IP Edge client on windows 10 has not been able to connect me on this my laptop for 3 weeks now. It was working before but all of sudden stop working. But with same login details i can connect ...

hi,

 

The behavior you are describing may be related to the client proxy settings

 

If you configured the client proxy settings and the proxy server is not reachable from the BIG-IP.

 

I would suggest to check DNS and Network connectivity settings for VPN users.

    I have deleted the route and reintall the client.

     

    Still disconnecting. below is the current error:

     

    CStandaloneDoc::OnOpenSessionFailed, Open Session Failed, Cancelled, 0xffffffff800704c7
