Big IP Edge Client

I have a user who has been running the Big IP Edge Client for sometime on his laptop. It just stopped working last week so I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the client but he gets the same mess...

It is just this one person and of course per the user nothing has changed on his laptop. As I stated I tried logging in with my id, going to our DR site but still the same connect and this disconnect right away. I tried to run the F5wininfo.exe and that didn't help. It is something on his laptop but I am not sure what to troubleshoot anymore.
