The main log file for BIG-IQ is /var/log/restjavad.0.log. There should be more information on the failure there.
- COMMS-CORE_1795Jan 28, 2016NimbostratusThank you Kyle. I do see much more information there. I'm think that both LTM and BIG-IQ must have Internet access to activate the license (right now, they don't have access), so I'm allowing them to reach Internet and see what happens. I'll let you know.
