BIGIP LTM failed to start with config after upgrade

Good day, I have just upgraded a BIGIP LTM from version 11.3.0 to 11.5.1-HF2 and it rebooted without the right configuration file. During the boot process I get the following message: License is not ...

This is exactly what I needed to do. I did not know that the license had to be re-activated. Thank you very much.
