Looks to me like a product specific issue to me. We are here to help out with programming questions and are not really equipped to handle product related specifics. Your best bet would be to contact Product Technical Support.
With that said, there should be nothing that's blocking inbound requests from different clients if they are coming across the same network. Simple debugging on your part could include
1. running tcpdump on the BIG-IP.
2. Writing an iRule and attaching that to the virtual that logs requests (to make sure it's making it from a networking perspective to your virtual).
3. Try connecting to the management interface from both clients (this will test connectivity in general).
I'm sure there are other things that support will guide you on...
