No, you only need the url for the PNAgent. Please check to make sure the data group APM_Citrix_PNAgentProtocol is not present. Also, what version of BIG-IP are you running and what version of Windows Receiver is being used?

It is ok if the data group exists, it just can not contain the uri you are using in iRule data group APM_Citrix_ConfigXML. The data group APM_Citrix_PNAgentProtocol can be deleted if you are not using webtops to replace storefront. Their was a noted issue with the first release of 11.4 where windows 3.4 and 4.x receiver clients had problems when connecting directly. The fix was placed in HF3. If removing the uri used in data group APM_Citrix_ConfigXML from the data group APM_Citrix_PNAgentProtocol does not resolve this issue, try installing the latest HF, HF6. Are you using an iApp to configure your BIG-IP or doing it manually? If using the Citrix iApp, what release?
