NimbostratusHello , For one of the Irule we need to create a Data Group (for specific subnet ) , I was trying to find if there is any option in GUI to add data group .I thought there must be a option in virtual server page to add data group please advise .
data groups are located under Local traffic-> iRules then data group list.

Navigate to Local Traffic >> iRules >> Data Group List
Under General Properties
Name your DataGroup
Select the type as "address"
Under Records you can add either a host entries or a network entries based upon your requirement
And at last click finish.
