Hi Ledio, If you are just upgrading the hardware and not changing the BIG-IP versions then you should still be on a supported platform.

The services deployed to BIG-IP from iWorkflow should exist on your new BIG-IP instances as they were pushed from iWorkflow to the original devices and should be included in your UCS files. You may have to rediscover the devices and update the REST framework on the new hardware though as iWorkflow uses a more recent version that BIG-IP.
