Can you please do below steps:
- Take UCS backup
- Do a mcpd reload touch /service/mcpd/forceload --If device is not VCMP clsh touch /service/mcpd/forceload --iF DEVICE IS vcmp Guest
- Reoot
- Then upgrade device from 11.x to 13.x and test it.

Hi Raghvendra, Yes, I will try this option. But before going to ask again client maintenance window, I need some workaround for this. Is there any other section there we can check that errored Profile Test_uat_ssl_profile? Is there any problem while going 11.6.2 HF1 to 13.1.0.8?
I read F5 upgrade guideline, as per this we can upgrade directly from 11 to 13 version expect point releases.
