Thanks for the response. DId you make any config change to accept underscore in V13?

 

Do you know if v10.x supports underscore ?

    No, I just created the zone and A record via GUI, in the ZoneRunner section. The solution K7058 applies from 10.0.0 until 11.5.1, so v10 supports underscore based in the solution.
