HA Status Offline

Finally got this fixed. We had to add a Failover Unicast Configuration IP on each unit (the mgmt interface). Once we did this, they were happy and acting properly.

This worked for me as well.

 

Go to Device Management -> Devices -> [local device] -> Device Connectivity -> Failover Network and add the self IP assigned to the HA interface
