Hello Steven,
The issue with F5 VPN is a known Windows 10 bug that Microsoft released in this article.
Their temporary work-around was as follows:
"First off, you need to log in to the BIG-IP APM Configuration utility. In the app, navigate to Access > Connectivity / VPN > Network Access (VPN) > Network Access Lists. Navigate to the network access profile > Network Settings tab. To configure it for the client, you would need to click Advanced option. Otherwise, click Force all traffic through tunnel and tap on Update."
Of course, Windows 10 version 1809 was released sometime in October, so hopefully by now they might have fixed the issue. You could just try upgrading your OS and seeing if they have fixed it.
Once you've taken care of your connectivity issue, check out this article for accessing the APM Configuration utility through your network tunnel.
Feel free to ask if you have any follow-up questions,
Austin
If you do end up trying to upgrade windows 10, I would VERY highly recommend making a system image before hand, or at least backing up your important data. Windows 10 upgrades are notoriously terrible!
