Have you considered writing an irule to solve the issue?

when HTTP_RESPONSE {
    if { [HTTP::is_redirect] } {
        HTTP::header replace Location [string map {"10.0.0.1" "1.1.1.1"} [HTTP::header Location]]
    }
}
