Give this a shot 

 
 when HTTP_REQUEST { 
    if {[HTTP::host] eq "myhost.com" } { 
        if {!([HTTP::path] starts_with "/path1/") or !([HTTP::path] eq "/path2") or !([HTTP::path] starts_with "Path3/path/") } { 
            reject 
        } 
    } 
 }
